How to grill kabobs on a gas grill?
Step 1: Prepare the skewers

Step 3: Spices and marinade ingredients

Step 7: Check
Remove one of the steaks from the grill.
Cut the meat into pieces to check if it's cooked.
If the meat is pink on the inside, runny red, or has an inside that's hard to cut, it needs to cook longer.
Step 8: Finish
As soon as the meat is cooked and the vegetables are crispy and lightly burned, remove the kabobs from the grill.
